What this book is not:
This is not a volleyball drill book. There are plenty of free volleyball drills on the internet to help you get started, and if you are looking for collections of volleyball drills you have a lot of options as well (view my store on Amazon for suggestions).
I didn’t include drills in this book because, in my opinion, running even the best volleyball drills means nothing if your team isn’t getting along, your parents are getting towed at tournaments (because you forgot to send out parking information), and you’re losing hair by the hour because of stress.
So no, this is not a volleyball drill book. This is the book that is going to help you organize your season, plan for challenges that will catch other first time volleyball coaches off guard, and let you enjoy coaching volleyball.
